Your package isn't tracking, here is what to do:
First and foremost, DO NOT PANIC, take a deep breath, it's going to be fine.
You must wait 15 days from the time your package has shipped for tracking to never update. I realize y'all dont like this, neither do we, but we cannot help it. Too many folks have abused us in this department, including but not limited to all mail services and it is 100% a requirement from USPS, UPS and our shipping insurance provider. If labels are made late on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, they do not leave until MONDAY.
On the 15th day reply to your confirmation or tracking email stating 'i have not received this package'.
We will forward to our insurance where you will have a choice of a refund or a remake.
Remakes are processed as soon as possible. Please allow time for us to receive the replacement garments. You will receive a new confirmation email and new shipping information.
Please note these instructions ONLY apply to orders placed on or after October 2nd 2023 at 1pm EST. Orders before Oct 2nd 1PM EST must have purchased insurance or an order over $200 for this to apply.
If you did not purchase insurance and your order was under $200 you will need to file a lost package claim with USPS or UPS.
